    My glass sculpture "Mechanical Drawing: Heartbreak" is on view at the LA County Arboretum from April 1 through August 1, 2015, daily 9am - 4pm, as part of "The Nature of Sculpture" exhibition that is installed throughout the botanical gardens along with other participating artists.
    I'm so pleased that my sculpture is located in the Madagascar Spiny Forest!

  • 2014 CITY OF EMERYVILLE PUBLIC ART PURCHASE

    I am pleased to announce that the City of Emeryville has purchased my painting, "My Iconoclast" for their Art in Public Places program. The work has been permanently installed in City Hall's primary staircase and can be viewed Monday through Friday during business hours, 9 to 5pm.

  • 2011 Activities

    On February 14, 2011, the Ritchey Studio crew temporarily installed one of the "Mechanical Drawing" glass sculptures around Treasure Island to be photographed. This interaction with the environment allows one to see and appreciate the sculpture's ever changing appearance.

    We are please to announce the upcoming solo exhibition at LIMN Gallery in San Francisco. This exhibition marks the first time Ritchey will exhibit carved wood bas-reliefs and polyurethane "Tissue" paintings together. Though different in appearance in almost every way, the two series were created concurrently and with similiar concerns. Both series have multiple meanings and it is this competition for attention and comprehension that inspires the artist.
    This is Ritchey's first solo show with LIMN Gallery.
